This website is operated by Studio Gloss London, 191-193 Commercial Road, London E1 2BT, United Kingdom. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Studio Gloss London. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example where an item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we decline your order we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the point of order through our payment provider.

We take care to price accurately, but if we find a genuine error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect an order already placed.

Product information

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may appear slightly different in person. Because our sets are finished by hand, small variations between sets are normal and are part of the character of the product.

Sizing guidance on this site is a guide, not a guarantee of fit. We recommend measuring before you order using our size guide.

Using our products

Our products are for external cosmetic use only. Do not use on damaged, broken or infected nails or skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep glues and removers away from eyes and out of reach of children. If you have a known acrylate allergy, check the ingredients before use.

Returns

Returns are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Our content

All content on this site, including text, photography, graphics and the Studio Gloss London name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
