Where we deliver
We currently ship across the United Kingdom only.
Delivery options and costs
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days, £4.99
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days, £6.99
- Free standard delivery on orders over £50
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery timings begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment you place it. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it is on its way. If your order seems delayed or lost, contact us at hello@studioglosslondon.com and we will chase it for you.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are unable to refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
Failed or refused deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, was not collected, or was refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.
Delays outside our control
We will always do our best to meet the timings above, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Your statutory rights are not affected.
